World Sight Day 2023 Activities Report
| World Sight Day 2023 was celebrated by the “Ophthalmic Research Center, Research Institute for Ophthalmology and Vision Science, and Department of Ophthalmology, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences (WHO Collaborating Center for the Eye Care and Prevention of Blindness, Iran)” on October 12, 2023. A seminar was held at Labbafinejad Medical Center Meeting Hall and the care providers, researchers, and the national officer of the WHO Country Office were invited to this seminar. The etiology, epidemiology, and strengthening of refractive error care were discussed. In addition, an IAPB-recommended poster “Things You Need to Know About Your Eyes at Work” was presented. |
